RIGHTS TO THE DJ FRONTIER, FRONTIER SOCIETY, AND DJ WIZ KID TRADE NAMES

I have signed documentation attesting to the following statements and claims.

I began my DJ career as an underground DJ on October 6, 1990, with my first cassette program release, starting out with the name DJ Wiz Kid. I had my first hit with my first release on November 2, 1990, with the "Horizons" Cassette Program Release, which was my third release. I quickly built a strong fan base.

There was an event riot on November 2, 1991, and my last official release as DJ Wiz Kid was on December 7, 1991. I spent a lot of time in 1992 and 1993 working toward the future, and building support infrastructure. I realized that my DJ Wiz Kid name was not as marketable as it should be, and began development of an updated trade name, and DJ trade name which would serve as my alter ego for the rest of my life.

On February 25, 1993, I became DJ Frontier. On October 26, 1993, my friends and I formed the Frontier Society underground subculture. My first release as DJ Frontier was with my 22nd release, Futura, in June, 1994. My debut as an event DJ in 1997 was as DJ Frontier, and I continue to work, and create, under my DJ Frontier brand. I also own the DJFrontier.Com domain name, which makes me the official DJ Frontier. I own the official DJ Frontier trade name, worldwide, and also own the rights to Frontier Society. Additionally, even though I will not be using the name as my main DJ brand, I retain the rights to my DJ Wiz Kid name!

Between 1998 and 2010, I took a break from my DJ career, but still retained the rights to my DJ brand. I intend to return to my DJ career sometime in 2011 or 2012, schedule pending.

In July, 2010, I began using my Frontier Pop brand to market both my Frontier Society subculture web site, and my DJ Frontier web site. Frontier Pop is an extension of both DJ Frontier and the Frontier Society.
